Contractor shall provide all labor, rigging, and equipment necessary to lift two damaged emergency gate trash screens from the main chamber river wall emergency gate winch piers, transport them to the land wall, and place them there. Contractor shall then lift two new emergency gate trash screens from the land wall and transport them to the main chamber river wall emergency gate winch piers. The damaged trash screens shall be placed on the land wall next to the new trash screens near the 350 mark of the chamber. Each trash screen weighs approximately 10,000 lbs. Contractor shall submit catalog cut sheets and load charts, including the serial number for the exact crane being supplied, for Government review. Cranes shall be equipped with rotation-resistant/non-rotating wire rope on the drum and a positive acting anti-two block device. A documented load test for the load handling equipment and a Naval Architect Analysis are required. Contractor shall perform an operational check of the crane in the presence of Government personnel to verify all operational and safety features are fully functional. All work shall be completed by September 30, 2026.
