The bid items and quantites for this project are as follows: 1780 S.Y. of Pavement Removal Variable Depth 1652 LB of Bituminous Material Prime Coat 730 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt 5 Ea of Manholes to be Adjusted 1 Ea of Water Valves to be Adjusted 115 L.F. of Combination Curb and Gutter Removal 115 L.F. of Combination Curb and Gutter Type B.12 (Abutting Existing Pavement) 280 S.F. of Sidewalk Removal 280 S.F. of P.C.C. Sidewalk 4" 50 S.F. of Detectable Warning Project Location: Court Street, 7th and 8th Streets in Hennepin Prequalification of Bidders. Proposals Requiring Prequalification of Bidders Will Be Issued Only to Those Contractors Who Are Qualified With the Department of Transportation. Prequalification Forms May Be Secured From the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Il 62764. ILDOT: Hot Mix Asphalt - Multiple Locations Award is subject to final approval.
