Demolition and refinishing of the previous Starbucks location. Refinishing includes gypsum wall board repair and repaint, finished flooring and base to batch existing adjacent. New Starbucks location includes demolition and reconfiguration of partitions to accommodate new Starbucks retail and service area layout and equipment. New building and vestibule storefront windows and entry doors . New finishes include ceramic flooring, wall base and wall tile, fabric wall coverings, solid surface counters, painted walls and ceilings, pre-finished acoustic tile ceilings, wood accent panels and signage. New food service equipment will be installed. Site work will include new plaza area and a new accessible ramp to the building entry. Also included will be sanitary sewer and electrical work.
