Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Plymouth, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a road / highway.

Infrastructure work including 8-inch and 12-inch water main installation, storm sewer improvements, ADA upgrades, concrete pavement reconstruction, bituminous milling and resurfacing, aggregate surface and base course construction, and enhanced crosswalk installation with sidewalks, ramps, signage, and pavement markings. ANN ARBOR TRAIL, JOEL STREET, MILL & LIBERTY, PARK STREET Infrastructure work on Joel R Street, work to include 320 Lf of 8" water main, 100 LF of 12" water main, 60 LF storm sewer improvements, ADA improvements, 800 SY of concrete pavement for the reconstruction of Joel from AA Trail to Sheridan St. 2000 SY Mill bituminous pavement with 250 Tons of proposed Bituminous Resurface of AA trail from project limits on the West end to the new pavement at Harvey Street to the East. 730 LF of 8" Water main on Park Street from Parkview Dr to Hines Drive. Improvements will also include reconstruction of Park St with 2000 SY of aggregate surface course, and 1400 Tons of aggregate base course. There is also a bid alternate for an enhanced crosswalk at the intersection of Mill and Liberty. Should any prospective bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other parts of the Contract Documents, the prospective bidder may submit a written request to the Engineer for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be held responsible for its prompt delivery at least seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids. The base project for the City of Plymouth 2026 Infrastructure Improvement Program includes the reconstruction of Joel Street from Ann Arbor Trail to just south of the Sheridan Road intersection, including new water main and some storm sewer system upgrades. Joel, Ann Arbor Trail and Sheridan are all under the jurisdiction of the City of Plymouth. The base project also includes the installation of new water main on Park Avenue from Holbrook to Hines Drive. The restoration work on Park Avenue will involve replacing portions of the gravel road surface and gravel base, along with restoration of the natural areas adjacent to the gravel roadway. Park Avenue is an existing gravel roadway maintained by Wayne County. The base project also includes several bid items that will form an allowance for asphalt street resurfacing (at locations to be selected by the City of Plymouth).
