Street repairs including concrete installation and construction in accordance with INDOT specifications. The intent of this project is to provide concrete patches on the roads listed on the itemized proposal. The Contractor is encouraged to contact the County Engineer for any clarification or questions . The line item descriptions shall be considered as estimates, and work added or deleted will be reviewed after the contract is awarded. Any increases in quantities will be paid based on the unit prices provided by the Contractor on the Itemized Proposal. The Contractor will be paid only for the work performed and material used as approved by the County Engineer. Payment will be based upon the unit prices provided in the bid. No work will be approved for payment unless the County Engineer has been notified of the proposed work. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying the County Engineer at least one day prior to all proposed work days. The completion date for all work is June 30, 2027. The award of the contract will be based on the low bid provided for the combined total cost of all roads included in the contract. Question Deadline 07/18/2026 All disputes concerning questions of fact arising under this Contract shall be decided by the Engineer and subject to written appeal by the Contractor within ten (10) days to the Owner whose decision shall be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto. In the meantime, the Contractor shall diligently proceed with the work as directed.
