Bid Security in the amount of five percent ( 5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid . The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids , waive any irregularities or accept that bid which , in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Award is subject to final approval.
