The project consists of performing all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes excavation, diversion of stormwater pipes, construction of a retention basin, installation of a flow control structure, connection to the municipal system, and restoration of the affected surfaces. The work will be carried out in one (1) seven-story (7) building comprising 120 housing units for seniors. The housing units will be occupied during the work. Duration of the Work According to current plans, work is scheduled to begin upon signing the letter of commitment, but this date may be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the change cannot be used to justify a request for additional compensation by the successful bidder. The work must be completed within a maximum of 120 business days from the confirmed start date specified in the letter of commitment.
