The City of Tualatin, Oregon, is requesting proposals from consultants to develop a Downtown Tualatin Urban Design Framework and Design Standards. The selected consultant will provide planning, urban design, public engagement, code development, and related services to prepare an urban design framework, adoption-ready design and development standards, and associated implementation materials for downtown Tualatin.
