Description of Work/Specifications: Grace Manor : # Windows Replacement Important Guidelines: 1. Minimizing Disruption: The buildings are occupied and operational facilities. No disruption of services is allowed without prior approval from Silvera for Seniors. Coordinate and schedule all installation work with Silvera to minimize downtime and disruption to building residents. 2. Site Examination Before submitting a bid, visit the sites to examine existing building conditions, including structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations. Ensure all work is executed according to the scope of work, specifications, and bylaws. Any extra work costs not reported prior to bid submission shall be borne by the contractor. 3. Permits and Licenses: O The contractor is responsible for applying for and paying all fees related to the required permits and licenses from the relevant authorities. All fees must be included in the bid price. All trade work must comply with applicable codes and bylaws. 4. Waste Disposal: Arrange for your own waste disposal. Silvera bins are not to be used. Dispose of all hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations. Coordinate with Silvera personnel for logistics on -site. 5. Safety and Efficiency: O Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all times. 6. Sign-In/Sign-Out: Contractors must sign in and out at the beginning and end of each workday. 7.
