Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Facility, including decommissioning the existing Rotating Biological Contractor facility, increasing capacity, and updating technology and processes. The purpose is to increase capacity, meet or exceed projected growth preparation, update technology and processes to maximize efficiency and efficacy. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is currently underway. Scope of work includes a complete system assessment and pre-design engineering/design services. Further details and project timelines may be confirmed in fall 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
