Site work and new construction of a stadium in Saint-Cesaire, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 35,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 220-seat stadium.
Construction of a new City arena in the site of the former Guy-Nadeau demolished arena that will include a standard-sized ice rink with bleachers for 220 spectators, a multipurpose room, locker rooms, offices, washrooms, mechanical rooms, an outdoor deck hockey surface, development of an outdoor parking lot with green islands. The project may be implemented in a design/build method. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a professional consultant for the preparation of a performance specification. Preliminary studies are underway. Scope of work, final budget and timelines of the project development are being finalized. Notes: - The professional consultant was awarded based on the contract agreement 2026-05-128/20157484. - The previously planned project of this facility construction was cancelled because of bid cost overruns.
