Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Lamont Water SCADA Upgrade A Business Relationships Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Cashiers Check, a certified check or a surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the total bid as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner will be required. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250 per day shall be assessed for any work days required beyond the completion date. The Town of Lamont, Oklahoma reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding. The engineer's estimate is $50,000 to $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
