The successful contractor will provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits (where applicable), and services required to complete the renovation and conversion of an existing office space into a licensed childcare centre. The work includes interior demolition, new partitions, fire separation wall, flooring, doors and hardware, windows, millwork, accessible washrooms, kitchen installation, ceiling systems, painting, mechanical systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm rough-in, exterior accessibility improvements such as concrete entrance ramps, accessible parking, privacy fencing, outdoor play area preparation, final commissioning, and cleanup.
