Renovation of a municipal facility in Shediac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Reference Number 0000326416 1- Work of this Contract comprises, but not be limited to, in general, the replacement of front entrance doors with a new automatic sliding door system of the GC Pension Centre Building, NB. The Pension Center Building is a Recognized Federal Heritage Building because of its historical associations and architectural and environmental values. Refer to the Heritage Value Statement in Appendix E. 2- Architectural work including demolition, of part of the curtain wall system and the removal of the existing double doors (2 sets - exterior and interior of vestibule). 3- Electrical work including the addition of a heated air curtain and the relocation of the existing access card reader. 4- Provide cutting and patching as required and as indicated for access to complete work. 5- Provide approved temporary public access and egress as indicated. 6- Provide project closeout documentation including O&M manuals and As-Built drawings as indicated. 7- Provide installation/static and functional testing commissioning services Question Deadline 07/16/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
