EllisDon Construction Services Inc. (EllisDon) as the Design Builder has been contracted by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) to provide design services and constructability oversight to complete the design of the Defence of Canada Fighter Infrastructure (DCFI) Retail Warehouse project at CFB Cold Lake. The Defense of Canada Fighter Infrastructure Project (DCFI) intends to modernize, recapitalize, and add new critical infrastructure to enable Canada’s ability to project air power in defense of North America for the coming decades. The Retail Warehouse will support operationally suitable and effective storage of equipment and spare packages required for the operation of aircraft fleets to support all the functions and requirements to meet North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) and Operation NOBLE EAGLE commitments.
