The anticipated project scope includes, but is not limited to: Renovation, modernization, and expansion of the football locker room, Enhancement of parking areas and game day tailgate spaces, Improvements along the west side of College Avenue, Build-out of the shelled Petro pool area for Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy ( PT) laboratory spaces, Interior and exterior improvements intended to create optimal functionality and a contemporary appearance, Associated infrastructure, utility, accessibility, technology, lighting, and site improvements. The Construction Manager at Risk will provide: Pre-Construction Services: Services may include, but are not limited to Project planning and coordination ( Design phase collaboration, Constructability reviews, Cost estimating and budgeting, Value analysis/value engineering, Schedule development and updates, Phasing and logistics planning, Bid packaging strategy, Long-lead procurement recommendations, Market condition analysis, Risk identification and mitigation, Sustainability and lifecycle cost input Coordination with authorities having jurisdiction, Development of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). CMAR will perform all bidding and contracting of work as identified in the construction scope.
