Alternate scope includes exterior roof replacement, including installation of a vapor barrier. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/16/2026 10:00 AM EDT Any information relative to interpretation of the Contract Documents is to be submitted to the City Engineer's office, or the City's Project Manager responsible for the Project, and must be made in writing by formal letter, or e-mail. The project includes the roof structural system repairs and the removal and replacement of the existing roof system at the RCSC R-Training Facility, approximately 24,200 SF in area. Due to the lack of an existing vapor barrier, the roof system will be removed down to the metal deck and replaced by a roof system that includes a vapor barrier, high-thermal value insulation and a EPDM membrane.
