Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the construction of a conference / convention center; fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Fort Washington Way project in Cincinnati involves construction of an approximately 1.2-acre highway cap and public plaza over an eight-lane of I-71/U.S. 50. The development aims to reconnect the Central Business District with The Banks, spanning the area between Second and Third streets from Race Street to Walnut Street. The project will introduce landscaped green space, community gathering areas, and space for events, with potential inclusion of recreational amenities. The initiative is a partnership between the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and has secured $25 million in federal funding toward its first phase
