This project is envisioned as a multigenerational community asset designed to meet current needs while remaining flexible to accommodate future growth and evolving recreational trends. The design should reflect operational efficiency, long term sustainability, and fiscal responsibility ensuring the facility remains a valuable public asset for decades to come. The selected design team will be expected to embrace the vision and balance of needs for both the Park District and the High School . The outcome should be a signature facility that creates a lasting legacy of partnership recreation and community pride.
