Maintenance dredging of the Sabine-Neches Waterway (SNWW) Sabine River with options in Taylor's Bayou and Sabine Pass, including work in deep draft navigation channels and dredged material placement areas. Work may involve pipeline dredging operations under active waterway traffic conditions and placement of dredged material in upland confined placement areas. The project requires the contractor to demonstrate experience as a prime contractor performing similar dredging and placement activities and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1). The anticipated performance period for completion of the work is 120 calendar days. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the estimated construction price range for this project is: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
