Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Derry, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the construction of about 1,300 linear feet of 24-inch diameter force main in a cross-country alignment between Ela Lane and Transfer Lane in Derry, New Hampshire. The work to be completed under this Contract includes all work as shown on the drawings or identified in the contract documents, including but not limited to: Installation of approximately 1,350 LF of 24" DR- 9 HDPE force main cross country between Transfer Lane and Ela Ave. Demolition of the existing 14" DI force main in areas where the new force main will be installed in the same trench. An approximate 440' section of new force main to be directionally drilled beneath existing wetlands . The remaining length of force main to be installed via open cut trenching. Installation of ductile iron valves and fittings at four (4) locations where the new HDPE force main ties into the existing force main and at directional drill terminations. Installation of two (2) air/vacuum release structures. Installation of one (1) clean out structure. Installation of temporary erosion control and construction access as shown on the drawings. Roadway restoration as required on the Contract drawings.
