The project shall be delivered as a complete, code-compliant, seismically engineered, permitted, labeled, and fully operational suitable for long-term use, including storage of maintenance materials, equipment, parts, and supplies. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for providing a complete and functional system, including all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, calculations, drawings, permit applications, plan check responses, inspections, signage, anchorage, seismic accessories, safety accessories, cleanup, and closeout documents required for final acceptance. IEUA will provide available building drawings, known slab information, intended storage information, site access requirements, and available forklift information. CONTRACTOR remains responsible for verifying all field conditions necessary for final design, permitting, and installation
