Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Prescott, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes replacing approximately 600 linear feet of sidewalk along the south side of Blooming Hills Drive between St. James Place and the Prescott Lakes Senior Living Facility. The scope also includes constructing two ADA-compliant curb ramps, repairing drainage scuppers, and completing related concrete repairs to improve pedestrian accessibility, address deteriorated infrastructure, and enhance safety for residents and visitors. DBA Construction is the contractor, and construction is anticipated to begin in mid- to late July. Eastbound traffic on Blooming Hills Drive may be detoured around the work area during portions of construction.
