It is the intent to establish a contract to provide and install roadside guardrail and posts for Blount County, TN on an as-needed basis. Items to be installed by Blount County are to be delivered by the contractor to 1227 McArthur Rd . , Maryville, TN (Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Delivery and installation by the contractor of new and used guardrail, posts, and other related items as shown in the Bid Items of this ITB. The scope may require removal and disposal of damaged components. This work will be performed at multiple locations throughout the County as specified by the County.
