O’Chiese First Nation is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide planning, design, and provisional construction-phase engineering services for its Water and Wastewater Rehabilitation Project. The project will advance priority upgrades identified through recent community-wide water and wastewater condition assessments, including North Lagoon improvements, wastewater collection system rehabilitation, water distribution system repairs, and process piping upgrades at the Education Way Water Treatment Plant. Services include conceptual and detailed design, tender document preparation, regulatory approvals, and, subject to future funding, tendering, contract administration, construction inspection, commissioning, and warranty support.
