The City of Jersey City, Department of Infrastructure, is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design for various park projects at La Pointe Park, Leonard Gordon Park – Phase 2, 29 Monticello Ave. Park, and Van Vorst Park. You must download the bid in order to receive any addenda that may be issued. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will render the bid non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgment of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2(e). This process requires a paper-only submission with original signatures and the completion/inclusion of all required forms in the bid package. Official bid documents must be obtained online.
