The Columbia VAMC is seeking to acquire 240 cubicle curtains for their new Rolla CBOC location, which is currently under construction. The requirement includes delivery and installation. This is a brand name or equal solicitation and is set aside 100% for small business. Vendors are required to be authorized distributors of the quoted items if not the manufacturer and must provide proof with their quote. All goods shall be new, unused, produced from current production components, and shall be delivered ready for use. b. This is a Brand Name or Equal Requirement, all equal products quoted must meet the Characteristics listed below. c. All Quoted Items shall be applicable to the Buy American Act and shall be manufactured in the US. d. Vendor Must be an authorized distributor and provide proof at time of quote submission. e. Curtains must come with all accessories required to install the privacy curtains for the cubicles, including: Rod Sets, End Caps, Screws, and Grid Clips. f. Vendor must contact the POC to coordinate delivery prior to the delivery date. g. Vendor shall install all curtains and provide necessary equipment to complete the installation. h. Vendors must provide packing slips with a line-by-line inventory for each item in the delivery to include description and serial number for each item so that items can be entered into the VA property book upon arrival to site or warehouse. i. All items shall come with User Manual if applicable
