Provide all labor, expertise, transportation, permits, taxes, supervision, materials, supplies, services, and equipment necessary to replace Kettle 7A and 7B in accordance with the project specifications. Work includes removing existing kettles, installing new replacement units, and ensuring proper integration and functionality within the hatchery system. The contractor is responsible for completing all required activities to deliver fully operational kettles meeting all specified requirements and standards. Location: Ink Dams National Fish Hatchery, 345 Clay Young Road, Burnet, TX 78611 In accordance with Subpart 36.204 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the estimated project magnitude ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 1. Demolition of two existing concrete pond kettles and constructing new concrete replacement kettles including retaining walls as shown on the plans. 2. Earth work: Reshaping of pond side-slopes at kettle area to ensure a smooth and uniform pond slope and subgrade and base preparation as specified beneath kettles. 3. New kettles shall be constructed at the given elevations (see attached plans). 4.
