The work consists of converting the Anzalduas Dam Storage Building to the Anzalduas Dam SSD Security Office and installing an emergency generator to provide emergency power to the new Security Office and the Anzalduas Dam Headquarters buildings. Construction includes site preparation, inspection of all systems and structures, disposal of debris and construction waste, and quality control testing. Contractors and subcontractors are to work only during facility hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and must display identifying vehicular information while working in the area. Workers must access the site through USIBWC levees, and must avoid US Fish and Wildlife property adjacent to the project area. All request for information must be submitted in writing. The project will also include the turnkey installation of an emergency generator capable of providing emergency power to the Anzalduas Dam Headquarters Buildings and SSD Security Office. The Contractor shall provide all work plans, designs, drawings, investigations, studies, permits, project supervision, equipment, labor, materials, installation/implementation, integration with current system components, testing, training , annual maintenance estimates, and travel required to meet the project requirements under the Anzalduas Dam and Field Office requirements established by the USIBWC Security Services Division (SSD) and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work supplied under this specification shall be complete in every detail for the purpose required. The Contract shall include the supply of materials and services not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be necessary to complete any portion of the work in compliance with the requirements of this PWS.
