Reference Number 00005112108 The Municipality of the County of Annapolis (hereinafter referred to as "the Municipality") invites Standing Offers for engineering services by qualified professional firms and individuals (Proponent) for the provision of consultant engineering services. The Municipality wishes to enter into a three (3) year Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with up to three (3) qualified consulting engineering firms or individuals for the purpose of providing a full range of consulting engineering services to the Municipality on an as needed basis. The Municipality reserves the right to extend the SAO for a fourth additional year if necessary. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform
