SUMMARY OF WORK 1. This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the tender package as identified in Section 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS and in Section 00 21 14 - INSTRUCTIONS AUX SOUMISSIONNAIRES and as per drawings and specifications. Contract method: Stipulated Sum. 2 Owner's occupancy: Carry out work in manner to keep disruption of normal building activities minimized. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Mechanical Upgrades to a total of twelves modular classrooms as shown on drawings. 2 Installation of new control system as shown on drawings 3 Installation of new Heat Pumps as shown on drawings. 4 Electrical work to accommodate the new control system and heat pumps. Reference Number NB-BW6W37 Mechanical upgrades to twelve modular classrooms including new heat pumps, new controls system, and electrical modifications required to support the heat pumps and controls.
