Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Owner as indicated in the Invitation to Bid Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be posted by Addenda on the County website and Georgia Procurement Registr A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, non responsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids Award is subject to final approval.
