Renovation of existing unfinished space, including 650 SF storage area adjacent to the laboratory on the third floor of the water treatment plant administrative building. Set-asides: 10% MBE. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Lump Sum General Construction Contract. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall have valid North Carolina General Contractor's Licenses for the type and value of the work to be performed. The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the renovation of existing unfinished space to allow for the complete and operable renovation of: 650 SF storage area adjacent to the laboratory on the third floor of the Jones Ferry Road Water Treatment Plant (WTP) administrative building in Carrboro, NC and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Question Deadline 08/06/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via email only to: zvillacorte@Dewberry.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda emailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. All Addenda will also be posted at least twenty-four (24) hours before Bids are opened. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
