8-inch Ductile Iron Water Main Replacement on Lincoln Way and Irving St. from Sunset Blvd. to 19th Ave. and on Various Side Streets The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 20.00% Replacement of 4, 6- and 8-inch DIP water mains to improve distribution conditions including capacity and fire flow. Scope includes water and sewer pipeline construction, shoring, curb ramp construction, pavement restoration and renovation, saw cutting, and traffic control. A Class "A" California Contractor's License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
