Scope of Work Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD) \n\nThe purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed Landscape and Recreation Contractor (S330) or General Building Contractor (B100) to remove and reinstall the existing bleachers and install new bleachers in the gymnasium at West Lake Junior High School according to the attached Project Manual , specifications, and drawings.\n\nIt is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. \n\nPre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - See Project Manual document for details.\n\nIt is anticipated this expenditure will require GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the August 4, 2026 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given. Utah Work shall include, but is not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to remove existing bleachers for reinstallation as indicated on Drawings. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to install new bleachers as indicated on Drawings and Specifications . Turn over portions of existing bleacher system not used in reinstallation to Owner as surplus . Furnish and install all protective materials to prevent damage to existing Gymnasium floor. Removal and disposal of all demolition and construction debris to off-site landfill(s).
