Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Redding, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project will remove an existing 36" x 60" arch culvert beneath Victor Avenue and replace it with new dual 36-inch pipes . Catch basins on both ends of the culvert will also be replaced. A short section of 48-inch-diameter storm drain at the downstream end of the culvert will be replaced in kind, and a new manhole will be installed at its connection to the existing pipe. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Any explanation regarding the meaning or interpretation of plans, special provisions, or other Contract Documents shall be requested in writing. All bidder inquiries must be received 7 calendar days prior to the bid opening.
