SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete technology and infrastructure upgrades as outlined in the bid documents. Work includes but is not limited to; the procurement and installation of digital displays in lobby, structural backing, new data and power in multiple locations, as shown on drawings, new height adjustable mounting kits for PCs , articulating mount kits for digital displays, a complete public address system, including speakers and a multi zone microphone station, in accordance with project requirements, new customer window notification system with independent audible and visual alerts at each service window, along with a customer communication system that includes speakers, microphones, and ADA compliant counter hearing loops. Modifications to existing walls to support new customer service application PCs, include but are not limited to the relocation of existing power, installation of new data, structural backing, and patch/paint/repair work. All devices shall be mounted in approved locations and fully tested for proper operation. ESTIMATED COST: $ 168,150 - $177,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
