Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete Project #614-17-113 for renovation of Building 1 Primary Care. Work includes executing all construction activities required to renovate and upgrade the primary care facility in accordance with project specifications and drawings, coordinating site operations, and ensuring proper supervision and quality control throughout the project. The contractor is responsible for delivering a fully functional renovated facility that meets all applicable standards and project requirements. Work includes general construction of the 1st floor Renovation of Building 1 Primary Care clinic. The new interior build-out is for a primary care clinic with wall construction, finishes, mechanical , lighting and plumbing systems. Renovation work includes interior renovation and removal of existing clinical lab, interior walls, patching and matching finishes and remodel of existing areas to create toilet rooms and corridors. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures , and furnish labor and materials and perform work to Renovate Building 1 1st Floor Primary Care as required by drawings and specifications. Questions received after 1PM CDT July 15, 2026, will not be answered unless determined to be in the best interest of the government. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted.
