Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a road / highway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Full reconstruction of existing concrete street and cul-de-sac roadway and infrastructure. Includes removal and replacement of concrete pavement, resizing and reducing of cul-de-sac island, repair and adjustment of casting lids, and installation of subsurface drainage enhancements. We will be replacing existing concrete street and cul-de-sac by fully reconstructing the roadway and associated infrastructure. The proposed improvements shall include the complete removal and re-placement of the concrete pavement, resizing and reducing the island located within the cul-de-sac to improve circulation, repairing and adjusting all casting lids, and installing subsurface drainage enhancements to improve groundwater management and extend the service life of the new pavement. Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing, Christian Harmeyer: christian.harmeyer@cityoffortwayne.org EBE GOALS - The Citys goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount.
