Trail improvements and utility improvements construction. Question Deadline 07/24/2026 at 5:00 PM ET The question and answer module of online IS being utilized for this solicitation. This project consists of the construction of a 12' to 14' wide multi-use trail from Tiny Road to Stoneybrook West Parkway for a total distance of 0.668 miles. This includes a concrete trail , asphalt trail with ribbon curb, and concrete boardwalk. This trail will also include pedestrian/bicycle picket railing, Type B fencing, signing and markings, sod, and miscellaneous drainage structures. A rest area, including bike rack, trash receptacles, and water fountain will also be provided with this project. All pedestrian features are to adhere to current ADA standards. Coordination with adjacent projects will be required for the intersection improvements at Tiny Road and Tilden Road, and for Utility Agency/Owner (UAO) adjustment of existing utilities on Tiny Road. In addition, Orange County Utilities has water main replacements that are needed due to the Horizon West Trail Phase 1A Project. The existing infrastructure will need to be relocated to avoid conflicts with the planned stormwater improvements. The scope of work for this portion of the project includes the removal and installation of approximately 400 linear feet of 12-inch water main.
