CBP is acquiring contractor services (8(a) set aside) to perform maintenance, repair, and improvement services for El Paso (EBT) and Big Bend North (BBT) assets in the El Paso Sector in the following categories: roads and bridges; fence and gates (including concertina wire); vegetation control; debris removal; border lighting and electrical; drainage and grate systems; and tunnel remediation. Services are required for CBP’s tactical infrastructure EBT BBT assets within the El Paso Sector in El Paso, Texas. Work includes preserving TI assets or equipment so they may be effectively utilized for their designated purpose, restoring existing assets to pre-existing condition, and enhancing mission and functional capabilities through addition, expansion, or adaptation within the existing TI footprint. Unscheduled work exceeding $750,000.00 will not be executed under this contract. Only vendors who attended the completed site visits may move forward in the proposal process and must submit their phase one factor one - Experience submission.
