The Department requires asphaltic concrete for maintenance of roads to current specifications for surface course asphalt, for all Department Regions including Avalon, Eastern, Central, Western and Labrador. This RFA will be issued to provide sources of Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete supply for day-to-day operational needs of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. This roster framework shall permit the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to purchase on an "as and when required" basis. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
