Site work for a civil project in Bourne, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of regrading an area of approximately 12,500 square feet immediately to the east and north of the existing Black Pond Well Pump Station. The work also consists of regrading the existing access road (gravel) to level off low spots and re-establish a clear width of 12 feet along its entire length (approximately 450 feet). Dense graded crushed stone shall be placed along the regraded access road as specified and as shown on the drawings. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Docs notes; A hard copy of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon the deposit of $50.00 (refundable) by check or money order made payable to Comprehensive Environmental Inc. Contract Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders upon receipt of a separate check or money order for $35.00 (non-refundable) made payable to Comprehensive Environmental Inc. Question Deadline 07/17/2026 Technical questions shall be directed to Curt Busto at cbusto@ceiengineers.com To receive consideration, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer at least seven days before the established date for receipt of Bids.
