Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Village of Lake in the Hills ("Village") is seeking bids from qualified contractors to demolish the structure at 5 Linden, Lake in the Hills, IL 60156. The selected contractor must provide all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. The scope of work includes the demolition and lawful disposal of a single-story home with a basement, a detached garage, and an asphalt driveway. Additionally, the contractor must remove and haul away the chain-link fence and all Arborvitae (including branches and stumps) along the eastern property line. All disturbed areas must be backfilled and restored in accordance with this RFP.
