Site work for a development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
This work shall consist of scalping and stockpiling for re-use the existing wood chip/hog fuel cap material, grading sediment stockpiles, and placing wood chip/hog fuel cap material as indicated in the Plans or as approved by the Engineer. Contractor shall procure additional wood chip/hog fuel cap material as needed for complete cover of sediment stockpiles. Wood chip/hog fuel cap material remaining after capping of the stockpile areas shall be stockpiled onsite in a location approved by the Engineer. Final stockpiles shall provide positive drainage and be capped with wood chip/hog fuel as specified in the Plans. The cap shall have a minimum depth of 4-inches. Excavation of the Swift Creek channel. All questions must be received by 4:00 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and must be directed to Laura Vandervort, lvanderv@co.whatcom.wa.us and cc: Ben Floyd, bfloyd@co.whatcom.wa.us Engineer's Estimate Range: $300,000-$375,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
