Engineers Estimate: $45,000.00 Questions Due Date: Aug 17th 2026, 2:00 PM MDT The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:The Utah Division of Purchasing is accepting bids for the Reclamation Construction Sowbelly Gulch Project. The WORK consists of the closure of 1 abandoned mine, maintenance of 4 previously closed abandoned mines, and revegetation of disturbed areas at abandoned coal mines in Carbon County, Utah. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Length of Contract: The WORK under this CONTRACT shall be commenced upon notice to proceed and shall be completed within 14 calendar days after the date of email delivery, date of hand delivery, or date marked on registered mail receipt of said Notice to Proceed and no later than August 31, 2026 . WORK delays caused by weather may, at the discretion of the OWNER, extend the completion date. CONTRACTOR also agrees to the liquidated damages provisions of Article 12. Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
