Oral responses will not be binding on the Owner or Architect The Project scope is hereby revised. The Work associated with the removal and replacement of existing windows and classroom doors has been deleted from the Contract Documents. The Project shall now consist only of the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems on Buildings A, B, C, and D, together with all associated work necessary to complete the reroofing as indicated in the Contract Documents, as modified by this Addendum. Accordingly: 1. All requirements for the removal and replacement of existing windows on Buildings A, B, C, and D, are deleted from the Contract Documents. 2. All requirements for the removal and replacement of existing classroom doors on Buildings A, B, C , and D, are deleted from the Contract Documents. 3. The removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems on Buildings A, B, C , and D shall remain in the Project scope without change, except as specifically modified by this Addendum. 4. Bidders shall exclude all costs associated with the deleted window and door replacement work from their bids. 5. All other requirements of the Contract Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect
