Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Troy, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Supply and install three hot water baseboard/boiler heating systems. Supply and install THREE new high-efficiency 70,000 BTU (minimum 95% AFUE, or highest practical efficiency) natural gas boiler systems . Please include bedrooms, large walk in closet streetside/entry, bathrooms, Dining, living and kitchen areas. Removal and disposal of the existing boiler and associated materials . Installation of 1 -inch M-type copper piping/fittings for boiler mains all required nearboiler piping and re-piping as necessary. New circulator pumps (or ECM pumps where appropriate). Supply and install 3/4inch Slant Fin Radiator or similar Expansion tank. Pressure relief valve. Backflow preventer and pressure-reducing fill valve. Isolation valves and purge valves. Low-water cutoff Boiler drain and service valves. Boiler Trim Kit Venting system (PVC, CPVC, or polypropylene, as required by the manufacturer). Combustion air intake piping. Gas piping modifications as required, including sediment trap/drip leg. All permits, inspections, and code compliance. Manufacturer's warranty information. Labor warranty. Complete cleanup of the work area. Please also include: Boiler manufacturer and mod AFUE efficiency rating. Total installed price, including all labor, materials, permit
