Construction Completion - October 3, 2026. Activities can include: o Construction, or maintenance/repair on City equipment o Earth Works o Road Works oLandscaping, playground and/or grounds work and maintenance oUtility installation, construction and repair oBuilding construction, repair and maintenance oBridge construction, repair and rehabilitation oConcrete and asphalt repair and maintenance o Storm water pond construction and maintenance o Building restoration or renovation including roof work and/or mechanical installation/maintenance. The Work for removal and replacement of existing wood fence as indicated on the Drawings, including all labour, equipment, and materials required to complete the Work as indicated in the Drawings, including removal and disposal of existing fence materials, demolition and removal of existing posts and foundations, excavation, subgrade preparation, supply and installation of new posts, rails, boards, caps, braces, concrete foundations, hardware, staining, alignment and leveling of fence sections, restoration of disturbed areas, cleanup, and all required submittals. Existing fence along Vintage Oakmont shall be reviewed and assessed in the field by the Contractor, Consultant, and City Representative prior to commencement of Work to identify fence sections exhibiting signs of leaning, displacement, movement, deterioration, or structural failure. Contractor shall remove and replace all identified fence sections to match existing adjacent fence conditions, materials, dimensions, and details, to the satisfaction of the Consultant and City Representative. All costs associated with fence assessment, removal , disposal , replacement, coordination, restoration of disturbed areas, and all incidental work required to complete the Work shall be considered incidental to the Contract, and no additional payment will be made.
