Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lees Summit, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Length: 0.7 lane miles Surveying all professional land surveying including site specific topographic surveying, including location, and identifying existing utilities, preparation of right of way exhibits and descriptions for right of way acquisition, geotechnical layout, and right of way staking. Geotechnical-perform all geotechnical work necessary including pavement and soil investigations and borings needed for retaining walls. Roadway Design - All conceptual, preliminary roadway design. Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for drainage improvements; pedestrian facility improvements. Bridge Design - preparation of wall memorandum, geotechnical investigations, layout for a retaining wall underneath US 50 bridges A1608 and along the pedestrian facilities Utility coordination Consultant will coordinate utility company activities for any adjustments Environmental Consultant will submit milestone Requests for Environmental Services (RES).
